Simon Bocca is the founder and CEO of PayCaptain, a cloud-based payroll system which Simon hopes will transform the payroll experience for companies and employees. Simon’s aim is to improve the financial wellbeing of employees, and he is constantly looking at new technological advances that can improve both the customer and employee payroll experience. Also discussed are Simon’s experience of launching PayCaptain in the middle of the pandemic, maintaining the entrepreneurial approach amid rapid growth, and the purpose and value of becoming a B-Corp.
